ASB 19914 – Offer of Mediation

According to my records, no response has been sent regarding my request for mediation services [10th January 23]; this morning, though, three incidents of dog-fouling (reported to street cleansing) have been discovered, with an estimated 99% certainty that Bradley's dog (157 High Street DY9 8LT) is responsible. The damage to the communal lawns, with dead or dying patches, remains evident, possibly increasing in area and extending to the other side of the access path. The dog also continues to upset at least this resident with its barking, particularly when attempting access to his own home!

The Dog is arguably the worst problem inflicting civilised man; he might be able to escape Britain's migrants and most of its junk, but it's nigh impossible to escape its dogs - do take action (if mediation is impossible) against this revolting, fly-tipping, dog-fouling [menace]!
